How do I copy data output?

Copying Data

If you want to copy data or a screen shot to include in a report, you consider using the Snipping Tool.

For Windows 8, you can open the Snipping Tool by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping ‘Search’ (or if you’re using a mouse, pointing to the lower-right corner of the screen, moving the mouse pointer up, and then clicking ‘Search’).

Enter ‘Snipping Tool’ in the search box, and then click ‘Snipping Tool’.

For Windows 7 you may be able to open it by; Start > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool

or

It is a good idea to save the Snipping Tool icon to your taskbar or desktop.
